All areas of the home are completely furnished. Rooms are roommate style setups. Single rooms are available on a case by case basis.

All utilities are including and that includes wifi and tv streaming services

This is not your typical house manager, no one is there to tell you what to do or keep you on a routine. House managers are in place for safety, maintaining a cleanly environment, to ensure house rules are being followed and POC for emergencies.

We offer to support you in any aspect of your journey.

All residents are members of the Charlotte’s Place community for life unless membership has been revoked for non-compliance.
